Catering orders may be cancelled or edited up to 2 days prior to the scheduled in-store pickup date to receive a full refund. If the order is not cancelled and/or it is not picked up, you will be charged the full amount of the order. If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please log in to your account and select view order history.

No, catering orders must be picked up in person at your selected store's bakery/service deli counter.

You can cancel/change your order up to 2 days in advance of your pickup date. Simply navigate to your order history at https://catering.staterbros.com/order/orders and select "amend" to change or "cancel" if you need to cancel your desired order.

You will need to input a valid credit/debit when placing your order. The card will not be charged until the designated pickup day.

If there are any issues with your payment method on the day of your pickup, the online payment will be cancelled and final payment will be processed at an in-store register.

On your selected pickup date, simply visit the Bakery/Service Deli counter to pick up your order. Catering orders are not eligible for curbside pickup or delivery.

Customers can pick up their catering order during regular store hours of 6 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday through Sunday. The latest an order can be picked up is 9:30 p.m. - 10 p.m. Service hours may vary during holidays. You will select a pickup date and time when placing your order. Check in with your stores' Service Deli or Bakery department or contact Customer Care.

No, your grocery pickup order and catering order are handled separately. You must pick up your order at your selected store's Bakery/Service Deli counter in-person.

No, we do not offer delivery for catering orders at this time. This may be subject to change in the future.
